Fagocita collects no data. We have no servers and we receive nothing about what you do in the game. The app contains no ads, trackers or analytics, has no in-app purchases, uses no third-party logins, and makes no network requests to anyone other than Apple.
The upgrade tree, your genome, your records and the Codex stay on your device and in your iCloud account (Apple CloudKit private database), which we cannot access. They sit behind the same protections as your Apple account. If iCloud is off the game still works, but your progress stays on the device only.
The run in progress never goes through iCloud: it lives in memory and is never archived.
If Game Center is enabled, the game sends Apple your leaderboard scores, your achievement progress and — if you choose to start one — challenges to friends. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is handled by Apple under its Privacy Policy; we do not receive it and cannot read it. The name you appear under on a leaderboard is the one you chose in Game Center, not one the app asks you for.
You can play Fagocita without Game Center: the game is identical and no score is sent. You can turn it off at any time in iOS Settings, and from that moment nothing further is sent.
While you are offline, pending scores stay on your device until there is a connection again: they are not sent anywhere else in the meantime.
The only external services used are iCloud and Game Center, both from Apple. There is no other provider, no advertising SDK and no analytics tool.
Since the data is in your iCloud and your Game Center, you are in control. Inside the app, "Settings → Start over" erases the tree, genome, records, Codex and beaten legends on every device linked to iCloud. Your Game Center achievements and leaderboards are not touched by that command, because they belong to your Apple ID and not to the app's profile: they are managed from Game Center's own settings. Deleting the app and its data from iCloud (iOS Settings → your name → iCloud) leaves nothing of ours behind. There is no need to contact us.
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. It neither asks for nor collects any personal information.
