There is no account to create: your identity is your iCloud account. You are responsible for the device and the iCloud account you use. You must be at least 13 years old.
You keep ownership of everything you enter: expenses, notes, photos. It stays in your iCloud; we do not access it. By sharing a group you make its content visible to the people you invite.
The app is meant for splitting expenses among friends, housemates or private groups. Don't use it for illegal activities, fraud, or to harass other people.
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Debt calculations and currency conversions are indicative: the final responsibility for a payment remains with you and the participants.
You can delete your data at any time from the settings. Since we manage no accounts, we cannot suspend you: the app is yours and local.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent forum is that of the consumer user's place of residence.
